Internship for Business Marketing Students

Job Scope
During the internship period, you will be exposed to various area of job functions that are relevant to your course major:  The job scope varies depending on field of study, experience)

Internship for Business/ Marketing/ Design/ Media/ Human Resource/  

Coordinate and execute marketing plans, propose digital marketing/ social media campaigns and other related activities;
Co-ordinating, planning & executing career talks at secondary schools/ colleges/ universities. Participate in career exhibitions, job fairs, talent search etc.
Follow-up with potential students & enquiries
Design leaflet for open day, announcement, workshop etc (applicable for multimedia or design students only)
Admin, Human Resource & Further Study Counselling (whichever relevant)

Assist in Open Day, preparing documentation for orientation programmes and handouts to new students;
Assist in student & office administration, tuition payment collection & record
Keeping track and filing of office monthly expenses, bills & receipts
Assist in compilation of invoices/ receipts for SST compliance
Expose to the various HR activities (HR major)
Offer Career Counselling to school leavers seeking to further study in Private institutions of Higher Learning (Psychology major)
Follow up with Employer pertaining job placement for our graduates.
Prepare and submit monthly report, conduct vacancy research and survey for employment agency subsidiary (if applicable only)

Requirements :-

Candidate must possess or currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Mass Communication/ Human Resource Management/ Marketing/ Media/ DesignPsychology, or equivalent
Result-oriented team player, able to work independently, wishing to learn multi-task skills
Positive personality, with good interpersonal and communication skill
