OUR HISTORY & RECRUITMENT MILESTONES

Since 1993, Inter Excel has grown from a language and career-training provider into an established aviation recruitment and workforce-development group. Our journey includes more than two decades of airline recruitment assignments, regional hiring campaigns, aviation training initiatives and international industry partnerships.

The milestones below trace the development of Inter Excel Group—from its early training foundations and airline recruitment appointments to the establishment of its specialised group companies and expansion across Malaysia and international markets.

Established as Excel Language Services.

1993

Established a further study and university placement service

1998

Appointed by Qatar Airways (QR) as their authorized regional HR recruiter covering Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam, Cambodia, and China.

2000

Recognized as the region’s No 1 Airline Training & Placement Centre in the Asia Pacific region.

2001

Appointed by Etihad to recruit aviation professionals in Asia and Middle East

2004

Established IETA, a training & aviation academy, registered under MoT Malaysia and Skills Development of Malaysia.

2011

Coordinated Cabin Crew interviews for Singapore Airlines, Jetstar Asia, Air Asia, Scoot Air, Saudia, Tigerair, Mega Maldives, Malaysia Airlines. Currently servicing Oman Air.

2013-2019

Inter Excel now operates in Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Johor Bahru, and other established industrial partners and footholds in Asia and Europe.

Inter Excel has more than two decades of experience supporting airline recruitment campaigns and aviation talent sourcing across Asia, the Middle East and selected international markets. Our experience includes cabin crew recruitment, candidate sourcing, preliminary screening, interview coordination and recruitment campaign support.

Over the years, Inter Excel has conducted or supported recruitment activities in markets including Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, Vietnam, the Philippines, Japan, South Korea, Hong Kong, Romania, Poland and other selected locations.Our airline recruitment experience includes assignments and recruitment initiatives involving international airlines such as Qatar Airways, Etihad Airways, Oman Air, Saudi Arabian Airlines, Royal Jordanian, Singapore Airlines, Scoot, Jetstar Asia and other aviation employers such as SATS, Qatar Aviation Services, Qatar Duty Free, Pos Aviation etc.

This experience continues to support our ability to assist airlines with recruitment requirements based on the required candidate profile, hiring market, campaign scale and recruitment timeline.
